Drawing on a childhood experience that highlighted the critical need for sponsorships in skilled trades, she recognized the potential for a scholarship program to bridge the gap between aspiring workers and rewarding careers. She believes that investing in practical skills not only changes individual lives but also strengthens communities and the economy as a whole. Through her leadership, the foundation has helped scholars achieve their education goals, reflecting a core mission to empower the next generation of skilled professionals.

Josephine holds a BSc in Banking & finance and is a member of The Finance, Credit and International Business Association (FCIB). A seasoned professional, she currently offers freelance consulting services after over 35 years in banking and finance. Staying true to her commitment to fostering economic opportunities through vocational training, she leverages her background in banking and finance to maximize the impact of every donation. Ensuring that all awarded funds directly benefit the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
